Get your game face ready! While hugs and high 5's are off limits for a bit, good clean fun is very much back on the table at Puttshack. We’ve put some new measures in place to protect you and our teams as we welcome you back to our venues.

We love unexpected guests but at this time we can only allow pre bookings. Our new booking system makes it easier to book and manage your tee time online.

For contactless registration we ask that you register EVERY player in your group online before you arrive.

We’re staggering tee times to ensure your small group has plenty of space to enjoy your round of mini golf. We’ve also placed distancing markers in the venue to remind you to keep your distance.
Our team will take great care of you in our bar and restaurant where all orders must be made at table.

Simply use your camera to scan the QR code and you can order from our menu and pay from your phone (disposable menus are also available upon request).

Clubs and balls will be sanitised after every use. You can expect to see multiple hand sanitising stations around the venue and increased frequency of cleaning, especially around high touch areas.

Each of our team members will be wearing a super cute mask and undergo a health screening upon arrival at work.
Shifts and procedures have been updated to allow more social distancing for our teams. They’ll have to hold their hugs and high 5s in too.
Any member of staff who experiences Covid-19 symptoms or has been exposed to Covid-19 is being asked to stay home and isolate for 14 days.
All our team members have completed additional training to ensure that they are keeping each other and our guests safe.

How will you ensure social distancing in the venue?
We have large venues and unique tech that enables us to stagger play times so you and your small group can enjoy your own space.

How many people can I book in the group?
At this time, all bookings are limited to 6 people from 2 different households as per government guidelines.

Do you accept cash?
Not at the moment. All transactions at venue will now be card only.

Can I make a future booking for a larger group?
We love making plans for the future. Yes, you can make a future booking and we have introduced more flexible booking terms so that you can make changes if guidelines change or your plans change.

Do I have to order food and drinks online when I am in venue?
We recommend using our online menu but you don’t have to. We will have some disposable menus available but we do ask that you pay by card as we will not be accepting cash at this time.

What if my plans change?
No worries. You can amend your booking online up to 24 hours before your tee time.

Can I add my details to track and trace?
We automatically hold lead booker details and will have this information available for track and trace in compliance with government legislation. For more information please read our privacy policy.
