Where are you?
Located in the brand new extension of Westfield London, just opposite of John Lewis near the White City entrance. Closest station is Wood Lane, but we’re not far from White City, Shepherd’s Bush, Shepherd’s Bush Market and Shepherd’s Bush National Rail.
How many venues do you have?
Two, we are currently open for Mini Golf, Food & Drink at Westfield, White City and Intu Lakeside. A brand new venue in the heart of the City of London, Bank, will be opening this winter.
Do you have parking?
Westfield Shopping Centre has parking available Monday – Sunday 6am-3am. Click here for rates and details.
Intu, Lakeside offers free car parking.
Is there a dress code?
No. Puttshack has no dress code. We want all guests to feel comfortable in the venue – as long as you at least have something on.
How long does a game last?
Each game will last approx. 20 – 45 minutes.
What if I come in a large group?
Puttshack welcomes groups of all sizes. Booking groups will be divided into sets of 5 to play the courses, however our Trackaball technology allows you to compete against any number of people – so no group is too big. You can chose the players when you register to play, or we can shuffle your players randomly for you. Enquire with our team if you’re looking for a bespoke event package.
Are kids allowed in the venue?
Absolutely! Our kids tee times vary, so check out our Puttshack Family Club page to find our available kids tee times.
Can we come in fancy dress?
Yep. We may take photos.
Are you open for lunch?
Our kitchen open when the venue opens Mon – Fri, and from 11am Sat & Sun. Click here for the most up to date opening hours.
Do I have to book a round of mini golf in advance?
You can book online to secure your round of mini golf, or just walk in to the venue to check when the next tee time is. We hold back a portion of our tee times specifically for walk-in guests!
How long is the wait for a round of mini golf if you walk-in?
We hold back a portion of our daily tee times for walk-in guests, but it just depends how many other people want to get in on the action.
Do you have to pay to play?
Yep – each round of mini golf is £12.50 per person in peak hours, and £7.50 off peak, and if you are lucky enough to be 12 and under you pay £6.50 per person.
How many rounds of mini golf can I book in for?
As long as there is availability, as many as you want.
Can I add a round of mini golf on after I play?
Depends on availability. Check the in venue kiosk for live availability.
Which course will I be on? Can I request a specific course?
The system is designed to allocate the course that is best suited for your group size at that particular time. If you do have a specific request, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do we have to bring our own putters & balls?
Nope. That would be silly.
What time should we arrive for our booking?
Arrive 15 minutes before your booking so we can make sure your group are all registered and ready for tee off.
Can we stay in the venue once we are done playing mini golf?
Where else would you go? There’s a bar and restaurant waiting for you.
Can I reserve an area in the bar?
With a minimum of 10 friends, you can indeed reserve an area in the bar.
Can we eat and drink at Puttshack? On the course?
We have a great menu designed for sharing available across the bar, with full drink service available on the course while you play!
What kind of food do you serve?
A carefully curated menu from Executive Chef Richard Edney, with an international flavour – literally.
Can we bring our own food/drink?
No need – we have a full kitchen and full bar!
Can I bring a cake?
Yep – just let us know (and save us a slice, that’s all we ask).
Do you show televised sports?
Not normally, but you can always call us and check!
Can I bring my tiny dog in? He is potty trained.
Hundreds of dogs chasing balls? Funny, but not practical. Guide dogs are always welcome though.
Can I hire a private course, reserve an exclusive area/area in the bar or the whole venue?
