Every point scored while playing 9-hole mini golf and the Challenge Hole earns you 1 loyalty point.

Get 100 extra points for every game played on Saturday or Sunday.2

Play Monday through Friday and score 200 bonus points per game.

Is Puttshack Perks free to join?
There is no cost to join Puttshack Perks.
How soon after my visit to Puttshack will I see my points post to my Puttshack Perks account?
Booking and gameplay points should appear in Perks accounts within 24 hours of a completed game, though in some cases it may be slightly longer.
Can I earn Points at any Puttshack location?
Points can be earned by booking and playing games at any Puttshack location in the United States.
Where can I see the Points I have earned and level achieved through the Perks Program?
Your point total and membership level will appear in all emails from Puttshack moving forward. Points will be visible soon on Puttshack.com, as well as booking kiosks at all Puttshack locations.
Once my Perks Account is created, is there anything else I have to do to earn Points?
Nope – just make sure you are signed into your Perks account when you register for your next Puttshack visit!
What happens if I make a qualifying Reservation on a Puttshack Double Points Day?
On select dates, Puttshack Perks will offer members a chance to double their points that they score on the course. On those dates, your bonus points will be automatically added to your account.
I would like to cancel my Puttshack Perks account. How can I do this?
You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing help@puttshack.com
Can I give my rewards to someone else?
Points and rewards are non-transferrable.
Are there any purchases excluded from earning Points?
All purchases and gameplay are eligible to earn points on Puttshack Perks, except when playing the “Tug of War” game on the Challenge Hole.
Can more than one person share an account?
No. Only one guest may be signed in with a given profile for each booked game.
Will my Points earned with Puttshack Perks expire?
Points and membership level revert to zero if a Perks member does not register at least one completed game at Puttshack within 365 days of their last visit.
Can I redeem my Points for Rewards in the UK?
Points and rewards are not currently able to be used at Puttshack locations in the U.K.
I forgot to log into Perks before I paid for my reservation. Can I still get points?
Unfortunately, we cannot add points to members’ profiles if they did not login prior to play.
Do I need to sign up for Puttshack Perks on the website or in a Puttshack venue? Is there a difference between them?

I have a Reward on my account. Can I apply it to my reservation on the website and in venue?
Yes! Just make sure to log in to Perks while booking and your rewards will appear at the checkout screen.
My email/phone number is being used by another account. What should I do?

How and where do I redeem my Rewards?
Available Perks rewards will appear if you sign in during checkout on Puttshack.com or in-venue at all U.S. locations.
I just joined the Puttshack Perks program. When will I get my Birthday Reward?
Birthday rewards arrive 7 days prior to a member’s birthday.
My birthday is incorrect on my account. How can I update this?
