Please note that to help us fulfill requests for donations, sponsorships and volunteers, we kindly ask that applications be completed online and submitted at least 30 days - but no more than 90 days - prior to the event date. Not all requests can be accommodated; please see our FAQ's below for who we do and do not donate to. If your request is fulfilled, you will receive confirmation and instructions for pickup via email.
