Terms and conditions: Any player scoring over 500 points on a single game of 9-hole mini golf at Puttshack UK will be eligible for a years worth of free mini golf, valid from the date of scoring 500 points. To redeem players must have their scores validated by a host and issued a 500 club gold card. This must be shown in venue to redeem the offer. Each 500 club member is entitled to one free game of mini golf for 2 players only per visit and this must be booked in venue on the day of playing by the card holder. Games are subject to availability. This prize can only be redeemed once per week maximum. This prize is non transferable and no cash alternative can be offered.
